Petit Navire, the revolutionary Open 60+ follows the trimaran Banque Populaire in the MULTIPLAST yard for repairs after dismasting.
Petit Navire, the Joubert/Nivelt designed Open 60+ has followed the 60 ft trimaran Banque Populaire into the MULTIPLAST yard for repairs to damage caused when the revolutionary canting/rotating/shroudless mast toppled some weeks ago.
This was the first time that such a deep draught (4.50 metres!) boat has been hauled out in front of the Multiplast yard which is more used to low draught raising daggerboard multihulls!The operation was successfully carried out though and work may now start on the damged deck.
