5,300 m² of air-conditioned workshop space
MULTIPLAST is located in Vannes, on the Gulf of Morbihan.
Its 5,300 m² are divided into four fully air-conditioned halls measuring 50 m x 30 m, with controlled temperature and humidity (temperature 21°C ± 3°, humidity < 70%).
Direct access to the sea enables the maritime transport of large-sized items.

- 1 paint booth, usable length: 22.80 m, height: 4.50 m, divisible 2/3 - 1/3 with gas heating system.
- 1 preparation laboratory,
- 1 outdoor painting hall, Usable length: 25 m, Width: 10 m, Height: 9.76 m.

AFP (Automatic Fibre Placement) Table
- An automatic draping table (Thin Ply Technology) for digital draping of folds from 17 to 300 g/m² in an ISO 8 clean room.

Milling machines
- 1 SBC Automation 3-axis milling machine, model DBA 3121 with vacuum table and tool magazine. Machining table dimensions: 3100 mm x 2100 mm, overall dimensions: 4400 mm x 3310 mm x 2470 mm.
- 1 three-axis milling machine for soft materials (wood, machining boards, carbon, etc.) Charly Robot CRM3000.

Control of the working environment and storage of materials
- 3 reversible ETT heat pumps,
- 1 Lennox heat pump,
- 6 refrigerated containers (-18°C) 40’,
- 1 ISO 8 clean room measuring 120 m² for the draping machine,
- 30 temperature and humidity recorders.
