Through its division, Plast&eacute;ol, it also takes charges of the maintenance of the wind turbines. The acquisition of Plastinov will reinforce Groupe Carboman&#8217;s production capacity and means that the group now has a workforce of some 170 employees spread between Vannes and Marmande in France and Ecublens in Switzerland.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-1082\" src=\"https:\/\/www.multiplast.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/eolienne-plastinov-01.jpg\" alt=\"eolienne plastinov 01\" title=\"Eoliennes\" width=\"960\" height=\"280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.multiplast.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/eolienne-plastinov-01.jpg 960w, https:\/\/www.multiplast.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/eolienne-plastinov-01-300x88.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.multiplast.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/eolienne-plastinov-01-768x224.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>The target for 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dominique Dubois , CEO of Groupe Carboman, said : &#8220;<em>This transaction is entirely in accord with the group&#8217;s development strategy and with our overarching goal &#8211; that is, by 2020 to be a European leader in the composites market. To achieve this, we are focused on significant organic growth in the businesses we&#8217;ve acquired and in further acquisitions<\/em>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Olivier Clercy has been appointed General Manager of Plastinov, he has been working in the aerospace industry for the past seven years. Fabien Baumann, Plastinov&#8217;s previous General Manager, will support Olivier Clercy by taking charge of marketing and technical management.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about the acquisition and the integration into Groupe Carboman, Fabien Baumann said<em> : &#8220;In 2007 when I bought Plastinov, I oriented the company&#8217;s technological development towards autonomous heated moulds and the epoxy infusion process, so that we could build 30<\/em> <em>m blades and thereby position ourselves in the new and growing green economy. The acquisition by Groupe Carboman is excellent news for all of us at Plastinov.
