Composite Parts Handler (M/F)

Details of the offer
Background

Background

Our company currently employs 120 people who design and manufacture composite parts for sectors ranging from ocean racing to aerospace, as well as aeronautics, industry and construction.
The vast majority of the parts we manufacture are prototypes.

Tasks

To support the teams specialising in the manufacture of our composite parts, we have set up a team of handling experts who are involved before, during and after projects, handling both simple and complex handling operations (e.g. moving moulds, small and large parts – up to 25 metres / 8 tonnes, oven doors, and improving workstations.)

Ideal candidate

We are looking for someone with an aptitude for manual work and a strong ability to work as part of a team.
The role involves a wide range of tasks and requires independence, the ability to take the initiative, and a high level of rigour in ensuring the safety of handling operations.
Experience in forklift driving (Caces 3) is an advantage; we can provide training.
This is a physically demanding role involving the lifting and carrying of loads.

Why choose us?

  • We work 4.5 days a week in a stunning setting, based at the port of Vannes.
  • We are committed to the ‘Cycle-Friendly Employer’ initiative: we provide repair equipment, training in repairs and safety, as well as fun cycling events!
  • The position is open to people with disabilities, provided they have the necessary qualifications.
